To improve adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces with sandpaper before gluing. Ensure your work area is well-ventilated and protected from spills. Remove stir stick from middle of plunger. With nozzle pointing upward, snap the sealing cap off the syringe then eliminate any air by slowly pushing plunger until resin and hardener reach the tip.DISPENSE & MIX: Dispense resin and hardener onto clean, disposable surface ensuring both flow equally. Even amounts of resin and hardener can then be dispensed into a disposable mixing tray. The package blister can be used as a mixing tray. Stir the mixture for at least 20 seconds, until it is uniform. As you mix, you will notice that the epoxy warms up – this is a reaction that occurs as the resin and hardener combine.
